PTFE Gaskets
- Our PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene Gaskets) gaskets are fabricated in varying diameters, lengths, sizes, and shapes, which are loaded with glass, stainless steel and carbon material to improve wear resistance as well as strength for any customers' projects. These gaskets are the ideal choice when the customers want a highly chemical safe, non-stick, flexible, electrically safe, and thermally resistant material. The offered PTFE gaskets have a melting point of about 327C because their PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) Gaskets material is completely chemically inert, thermally stable and highly insoluble in different chemicals or solvents, which is sufficient to be utilized between -200to +260-degrees C sans any degradation. Different beneficial properties of our gaskets are their elevated flexural strength, high dielectric strength, water resistance, low friction coefficient, and electrical resistance. The density of our gaskets is additionally high at 2200 kg/m3.
