PTFE Bushes
- The provided PTFE bushes are made from polytetrafluoroethylene material that is granular form and white solid object, which is dried hot and washed. PTFE material is melted and extruded in machines to deliver these bushes dimensional stability and rigidity. They have 1.5 gm/d tenacity as well as elongation of over 13%. In addition, they have zero water assimilation so that dampness properties would be the same as dry. These additionally have knot and loop tensile strength of about 75% as compared to the straight strength. Our Polytetrafluoroethylene bushes have a cross-section, which is completely round. On the other hand, these have low frictional properties with heat resistance and zero dyeability features of all gels and fibers at 327-degree C. These bushes can be decomposed at 405-degree C and their fibers can be utilized at over 290-degree C. These also have unique chemical stability under corrosive environments.
